Lunch (in the middle of the show) and a Social (after the show) shall be held at the barn.
Registration and Grooming will begin at 8am on Saturday at the Barn. Categorizing will begin by 10:30am, and the show by 11:30am. If you would like to help with set-up, we will begin at 7am on
Saturday morning. All help with set-up and/or clean-up after the show will be appreciated. In addition, we are currently in need of offers to donate raffle prizes, trophies, and deserts.
The show will be an optional claiming show, which means you may put your animal(s) up for sale if you would like (it is not required). There will also be no price limit placed on the animals.
Claiming will begin after all grooming is done and the paperwork is turned in at the claiming table (about 10am). The seller of any animals that are claimed at the show will give 10% of the sale
price to the chapter to help recoup the costs of the show, so please keep this in mind when pricing the animals.
